I saw a lady on a bus the other day. she was very beautiful, and she had three children with her, all very good looking kids and so obviously her own. She looked happy and healthy, but on her arms and ankles were thousands of long white scars. It broke my heart.

i had a serious self harm problem for years. only stopped properly 4 months ago because my boyfriend gave me a reason too. never again.
